DESIGN CUSTOMIZATIONS
Le Reve Paperie offers both semi-custom and custom collections. All wording in our collections can be fully personalized with your wedding details.
SEMI-CUSTOM
Semi-custom artwork colors can be changed for an added fee. I do not offer any customizations beyond custom artwork colors and wording. The design layout remains the same as shown.
If 3 or more customizations are requested for a Semi-Custom suite, you will be asked to upgrade to a custom suite.
ARTWORK PERMISSIONS
All designs created by Le Reve Paperie are owned by Le Reve Paperie. The artwork included in the stationery designs that Le Reve Paperie has created cannot be used for any other project by the bride, groom, parents of the couple, or any third party other than Le Reve Paperie. You may inquire about purchasing limited artwork licenses by sending an email to hello@lerevepaperie.com
ERRORS AND TYPOS
Le Reve Paperie, will in no event be responsible for errors approved by clients. If there is a typo, I offer reprints at a reduced rate. However, if you receive an incorrect print that does not match the proofs you approved, I will take full responsibility and provide complimentary reprints.
TURNAROUND TIME
When you are ready to approve proofs, I will email you Print Production Agreement document. Once this Agreement has been signed and all balances have been paid, production will begin the next business day.
For most items, allow 5-7 full business days for printing. You will be notified with an email containing your tracking number when your invitations ship.. Letterpress, foil printing, wax seals, lined envelopes, and additional accents take at a minimum 15 full business days to produce and ship afterward.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All stationery ships via USPS Priority or First Class mail (whichever is fastest at the time of shipping). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships. Expedited, FedEx, and International shipping is available upon request for an added fee.
Once your order is shipped, Le Reve Paperie is not held responsible for damages, loss, delivery delays, or any other shipping issues under any circumstances. If your package is delayed, damaged, lost, or if you have any other concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please contact your local USPS office immediately. ASSEMBLY AND MAILING WEDDING INVITATIONS
Invitations arrive unassembled. Full assembly is required, but can be purchased for an additional fee.
When mailing invitations, keep in mind that Le Reve Paperie cannot be held responsible for any mailed items that are damaged, arrive open on delivery, or marked “return to sender” by USPS, as they are an independent third party. Hand canceling is required for wax seals and bulky envelopes (suites with belly bands, lined envelopes, and/or more than three detail cards). This prevents bulky invitations from being damaged and/or delayed in the sorting machine.
REORDER POLICY
It is recommended to order at least 15% extra invitations than you need. I always give reprints to clients at cost, but please note that the cost to print 25 invitations is much higher (per piece) than it is to print a high volume of prints, i.e. 150 prints.
Should you need to order additional prints at a later time, a minimum of 25 prints is required.
POSTPONEMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Should your wedding be postponed due to COVID-19, I am more than happy to offer reprints of your invitations at cost. I am also happy to offer postponement announcements to clients at cost.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of stationery, refunds are not available. To cancel, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation is only available to those who have not received a proof, print or any other format of stationery. Le Reve Paperie cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges in the event of cancellations or event changes.
