What is your turnaround time?
After proofs are approved, printing takes approximately 1 week. After each piece is carefully inspected, your order is packed and shipped to you. Add-ons such as wax seals, foil, letterpress printing, and custom illustrations will add 15 additional days.
Do you Offer Rush Services?
I am happy to work with you and your timeline! When inquiring, please note the date that your stationery is needed by.
What’s the difference between Semi-Custom and Custom invitations?
The Collection’s semi-custom invitations are our answer to customizable invitations. Fonts, colors, monograms, and wording are able to be customized, while venue illustrations, wax seals and embellishments can be added on. This is a great option for most couples.
If you’re looking for something a bit different, then I would recommend going with a custom design. We will start from your wedding vision and build your stationery to help bring that dream to life. Each and every detail is handpicked to match your wedding aesthetic and to tell your story.
Can I make adjustments to my proofs?
Yes, I encourage you to! For Semi-Custom suites, you will receive 2 rounds of proofs. For Custom suites, you will receive 3 rounds of proofs. Additional revisions will be billed at $30 each.
Do you offer invitation assembly and mailing?
We are pleased to offer assembly services. Please let me know if this is a service that you wish to add, and I will be happy to send a quote. Envelope liners and invitations with grommets will come assembled. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer mailing services.
Do you do non-wedding work?
Absolutely! I’d be happy to make event invitations, personal stationery, and custom greeting cards for your business. I also do calligraphy addressing and commissioned calligraphy pieces. Please send me a message for a quote on your project!
What is your cancellation and return policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as no design work has been done. If started, you will be charged the hourly rate of $40 for the work done, which will then be subtracted from the original payment amount. After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
What if I find a misspelled word, name, or address after printing?
If you find an error within the wording that has already been approved by you, you will cover the wholesale cost of re-printing.
